Biofeedback to Treat Insomnia

A recent article from Health magazine describes the use of “biofeedback” to treat insomnia.What’s biofeedback? It’s a form of therapy that gives you visual or auditory feedback for certain body signals. Cues may give you details about your heart rate, blood pressure, breathing or body temperature.
